Aromatherapy Massage: Since ancient times Essential Oils have been used to treat ailments, used as hair and skin preparations and the aromas have been used in prayer and meditation.  Essential oils are organic compounds that are extracted from plants, herbs, fruit and flowers.  In an Aromatherapy Massage, oils are selected for your specific requirements and then blended together in a base oil and massaged on to the skin.  The essential oils are absorbed in to the body through the skin and are carried around in the blood stream.  The aromas stimulate the emotional centres of the brain, which in turn relaxes the other vital organs of the body promoting relaxation and well-being.

Crystal Healing: Crystals have been used in therapeutic healing since the dawning of civilisation. The Mayans, Aztecs, American Indians, Native Africans and the Celts have used crystals in ceremonies and healing practices and the Chinese have used Jade in the treatment of kidney and bladder problems for over 5000 years.  It can be used to help: Stress, Fatigue, Body balancing, Back pain and much more.

Holistic Massage: Massage is probably one of the most satisfying activities you can engage in.  Touch is the core ingredient and through the power of touch and the skills of our hands we can remove stress and discomfort and replace them with feelings of pleasure and relaxation.  Massage improves circulation bringing fresh oxygen to body tissues, this can assist in the elimination of waste products, enhance self-esteem and promote general well-being while boosting the circulatory and immune systems.  Blood pressure, muscle tone, skin tone and the digestive system all benefit from a massage treatment.  Massage also calls up the body’s natural painkillers, provides deep relaxation and relieves mental stress and anxiety.

Hopi Ear Candles: Ear Candles have been used by many cultures and their historic roots are to be found in Asia.  Used by the north and south American Indians, The Hopi people, the oldest Pueblo Tribe, brought them to Europe where they have been successfully used for more than 10 years.  Made by hand, the candles contain valuable honey extracts, essential oil of Sage, 100% Pure Beeswax, crushed traditional Indian medicinal herbs (mainly sage and chamomile) and beta-carotene.  The candles have a purely physical function.  The light suction action (chimney effect) and the movement of the flame create a vibration of air in the Ear candle, generating a massage-like effect on the eardrum.  This induces a feeling of warmth and balances the pressure in the ears, forehead and sinuses.   Helpful for earache, headache, ear noises, stress and nervousness.

Indian Head Massage: Indian Head Massage is a relaxing massage that consists of massaging the shoulders, neck, head and face.  You stay fully dressed and lasts approximately for half an hour. It helps to improve circulation, blood and nerve supply as well as relieving stress and tension. It is beneficial to conditions such as insomnia, migraines and stress.
Reiki: Reiki means ‘Universal Life Force Energy’.  It is an ancient healing method using the ‘laying on of hands’.  Reiki works on physical, mental and emotional levels to balance the body and accelerating its own ability to heal.  Reiki is completely natural and safe and is not attached to any religion.  Anyone with an open mind and a desire to receive the energy will benefit from this incredibly effective treatment.  Reiki supports and enhances orthodox medicine and other complementary therapies.  Because of its gentle nature it is an ideal treatment for the elderly, the very young and during pregnancy.
Hot Stone Massage: A therapeutic massage using Hot & Cold volcanic stones to eliminate muscle pain, tension and stress. Massaging with warm stones has been practised since ancient Egyptian times. Volcanic basalt stones are heated to between 120 - 140 degrees and massaged over the body. The heat penetrates the skin and muscles to induce deep relaxation and to break down tension. To make the treatment even more personal essential oils are blended to suit individual needs.
